VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 28, 2025 – Anodyne Chemistries, a leading innovator in the field of bio-electric catalysis, is proud to announce the publication of a collaborative research paper in Electrochimica Acta. As one of the world’s leading electrochemistry journals and the official publication of the International Society of Electrochemistry (ISE), this publication underscores the quality, innovation, and impact of the research.
The paper, titled “Influence of potential on the adsorption of a material binding peptide on Au via EIS and in-situ fluorescence imaging”, was conducted at the University of British Columbia (UBC) with support from Anodyne. The study brought together expertise from the labs of Professor Dan Bizzotto, a world leading surface electrochemist, and Professor David Wilkinson, Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Clean Energy and Electrochemical Technologies. Their work advances the development of precise, high-resolution methods to interrogate bio-electric surfaces—laying critical groundwork for scaling next-generation bio-electric technologies.
“Building robust experimental methods is essential to unlocking the full potential of bio-electric chemistry,” said Manou Davies, Chief Technology Officer at Anodyne. “We’re proud to support this groundbreaking work and look forward to continuing our collaboration with UBC.”
